Qualisys Medical AB and Optomatrix Technology AB are members of the privately held PaterHouse Group. The group corporate office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. This group was established in 2001through a private buy-out from the publicly traded company, Exave AB (earlier Qualisys AB).

The Group's products and services are based on a proprietary core technology for motion capture hardware. The measurement products consist of high speed, precision motion capture cameras and advanced software for tracking and analysis of motion data.
